Refund policy

Refunds
Due to the nature of 3D printing, once your print has begun printing, we can no longer offer a refund at that point for a change of mind. If we cannot, for some reason successfully print your file to an acceptable standard, we will happily issue a refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
We can exchange items from our regular stock only, not custom pieces.
