Processing Times
All orders are made to order.
Please allow 3 - 5 business days for your kit to be printed, prepared, and packed before it ships. Larger/Painted orders may take slightly longer. You will be contacted upon placing a large and/or painted order with information detailing the process.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order is on the way.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Canada & USA: 3 - 10 business days
- Europe: 7 - 15 business days
- International: 10 - 20 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your local postal service.
International Orders (Important)
Orders shipped outside of North America may be subject to import duties, taxes (VAT), or customs fees upon arrival.
These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking
All orders include tracking. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Shipping Delays
Once a package has been handed off to the carrier, delivery is out of our control. Delays can occasionally happen due to customs, weather, or carrier issues.
If your order seems significantly delayed, feel free to reach out and I’ll help where I can.
Incorrect Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, contact me with your order number and I’ll work with you to resolve it.
