Cancellation policy

You can pause, skip or cancel your Crypt Subscription at any time by signing in to your account on this store and opening Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future payments, and every kit you've already received stays yours in Your Library in the Crypt Builder.

Payments already made aren't refunded, because each month's STL files are ready to download as soon as that month is paid for. A cancelled yearly subscription doesn't renew, and the releases for the year already paid for still arrive as they come out.

A skipped or paused month isn't charged and doesn't include that month's kit. If a payment fails, it's tried again over the next 3 days. If it still doesn't go through, the subscription is paused until you update your payment method, and that month's kit arrives once it's paid.
